Our process

We collaborate with the entire team throughout the life of the project to shape your concept into a well-constructed end result that has demonstrated top performance.

- Develop Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD)
- Develop a Commissioning Plan and specifications
- Conduct design and constructability reviews, and maintain comments logs
- Provide expertise and technical guidance
- Conduct regular site visits and field observations of construction progress
- Lead commissioning meetings with stakeholders and attend regular progress meetings
- Observe equipment startup and witness 3rd party testing activities
- Develop and track completion of system readiness checklists
- Develop and lead functional testing
- Maintain a deficiency log and track through satisfactory resolution
- Review training materials and attend training sessions. Lead operator training.
- Conduct additional functional testing of seasonal performance
- Provide a systems manual
- Produce a final commissioning report and facilitate final commissioning meetings
- Conduct warranty testing 10-months after substantial completion
- Direct additional seasonal testing
